Do my images get uploaded?

No. Your image files, filenames, folders and metadata stay on your device. Conversion happens in your browser. Your account, billing details and conversion-count records use our online services.

Which image formats can I use?

Choose AVIF or WebP for modern websites, or JPEG and PNG when your project needs them. The first release is for still images; SVG, HEIC, RAW and animation are outside its scope.

Can I convert a whole folder?

Yes. Drop a folder or select several images, then apply shared settings to the batch. Folder selection depends on your browser, with multiple-file selection as a fallback. Your originals stay untouched.

What counts toward my Free allowance?

Each successfully requested final output counts once. Previews, failed jobs, cancelled jobs and downloading the same result again do not count. Your Free allowance resets each calendar month at midnight UTC, with no rollover. See the plan comparison for the current allowance.

What do I get with Pro?

Pro removes the monthly conversion cap, with the same core conversion tools as Free. See the plan comparison for the current monthly price. There is no free trial: every Free account already includes a monthly conversion allowance.

Will it work on my device?

Conversion uses your browser and device memory. Larger images and batches can take longer on phones or older computers. Keep the tab open until your downloads are ready. Device and browser safeguards apply to both plans.
